Returns & Exchanges
To request an exchange or refund, contact us at email@example.com or via the form at the bottom of this page within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number and the reason for your return.
We operate a refund and reorder exchange system, whereby your original order will be refunded upon receipt, leaving you free to re-order the items/sizes required straight way rather than waiting for an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unsoiled and unused, and with tags still attached if applicable.
If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an order number will not be refunded (as we won't know who sent it!)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in the post. If the return is required as a result of our error, your shipping costs will be refunded to you.
When your order comes back to us it will be inspected and we will contact you if there are any issues. If there are no issues we will issue a refund. You will receive an automatic notification of a refund being processed. If you want to check up on the status of your exchange or refund, just drop us an email or call us on 01204 263063.
We do not accept returns/exchanges of personalised items (eg. printed football shirts) unless the item is faulty or incorrectly printed as a result of our error.
