Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your original order number.


To start an exchange, you can contact us at customer.services@zeronegativity.co.uk or via the form at the bottom of this page, quoting your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items must be sent via Royal Mail if in the UK, or they will be refused by our PO Box.

Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic we will not be accepting the return of facemasks, snoods, or other items worn in close proximity to the face.
