Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unsoiled and unused, and with tags still attached if applicable. You’ll also need your original order number.


To start an exchange, you can contact us at customer.services@zeronegativity.co.uk or via the form at the bottom of this page, quoting your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When your order comes back to us it will be inspected and we will contact you if there are any issues.

Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic we will not be accepting the return of facemasks, snoods, or other items worn in close proximity to the face.
