Returns & Exchanges

To request an exchange or refund, contact us at customer.services@zeronegativity.co.uk or via the form at the bottom of this page within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number and the reason for your return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unsoiled and unused, and with tags still attached if applicable.

 

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an order number will not be refunded/exchanged (as we won't know who sent it!)

When your order comes back to us it will be inspected and we will contact you if there are any issues. If there are no issues we will issue an exchange or refund as requested. You will receive an automatic notification of a refund being processed, however at present the system does not automatically send out notifications of exchanges being dispatched, so you're likely to just receive the replacement item in the post within 5-7 working days. Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic we will not be accepting the return of facemasks, scarves, or other items worn in close proximity to the face. We also do not accept returns/exchanges of personalised items (eg. printed football shirts) unless the item is faulty or incorrectly printed as a result of our error.
